I'm looking for a place to stay within a budget of around $1000 to $1100, also I'm welcome to below $1000. It would be great if it's near a skytrain station or bus stop for an easy commute to downtown. I'm hoping to find a place near a gym and grocery store. Most importantly, I prefer a room with a desk and good sunlight. Having a library nearby would be fantastic! I enjoy quiet and clean environments, and I'm polite. As a hobby, I like going to the gym. I'm okay with sharing the bathroom and kitchen. Since I'll be focusing on school and studying, I'll likely spend a lot of time in the library. I'm not into cooking much, so I won't be doing a lot of that. I'm a non-smoker and I don't have many friends to invite over.
