Our home is large and very beautifully furnished. We prefer a mature female to join our all female home. This is a house sharing home and we all buy and cook our own meals, and we each take turns for one week to do the daily chores and a full cleaning of the house a the end of the week. I have been sharing my home with students for 7 years, several have stayed for over 4 yrs with me. The bus to downtown Vancouver is right by our house and is only 20 min travel time. We Have 3 homestay rooms, one is a large sunny room with a private deck, the second room available is also a large bright room with a desk alcove, the third room is a large bright room with a large desk on the main floor. There is a full bathroom, with shower, bathtub, toilet for the exclusive use of the homestay guests. There is a large family room with a TV, there is a washer and dryer to use for your convenience and we provide the detergent. We have a large sunny beautiful garden for all to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, large fridge, and a dishwasher. You will be given a cupboard in the kitchen and and a shelve in the fridge for your food. You are welcome to cook your meals according to your schedule but must clean up after cooking.There are not any children in the house. We do have a small cat, so please no one with allergies! We have travelled extensively thru Europe and the US and would welcome a quiet mature guest from 1 week to up to 2 years.. This is a all female, non smoking home.
