We are 2 quiet adults with a friendly dog (once she gets to know you). We live in a safe & quiet neighborhood. The house sits on a relatively big back yard where our dog loves to chill there during the day time (you are welcome to use the backyard). The house is near Queens Park (about 10 min walk), and the nearest skytrain station is Sapperton station (18 min walk). We are on bus route of my contact page. If you take skytrain to Vancouver downtown, it is about 35 min ride (excluding skytrain wait time). Douglas College in New Westminster is about 6-8 min drive, or 20-30 min by bus (including walking time). 15 min drive to SFU campus in Burnaby Mountain. 50 minutes to BCIT at Burnaby with bus and skytrain. If you drive, you can park at our driveway (which can fit 2 cars comfortably).

We live by Malaysian & Chinese culture. We are always open to communication if you need any information. We have also worked in Shanghai before, and been to quite some other cities in China.

I have been an international students before in Vancouver and stayed in Homestay before. I trust that with my experience, I can welcome you to Canada and minimize the cultural shock when you first arrive here.

No smoking and No drug inside the house or at the yard. No Party. No loud music between 9pm - 9am. Occasional friend visit is acceptable but must communicate with us before hand. No friend sleep over. Must keep washroom and kitchen clean and tidy. Laundry once a week only.
