Our house is located in Kerrisdale, on 45th and West Boulevard, in a quiet residential area. We are a few blocks from 41st Ave with buses to UBC (20 min), to the Canada Line Oakridge station (5 min), 15 min to Langara College and 20 min.to downtown. We’re also a short walk way from the Kerrisdale village, with shops and a community center.
Two rooms are on the top floor and 1 is on main floor and includes:

• Private bedroom.
• Bedroom is furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, lamps), and linens are provided
• Private bathroom and shared recreation room with TV seating area
• Access to kitchen, family room, laundry
• High-speed WiFi included
• All utilities (water, electricity, heat) included
