We are a friendly & warm Filipino / Canadian Family of 4. We have been hosting homestay students for more than 24 months & continue to do so because we enjoy meeting different people around the world and providing a safe and friendly experience for visitors coming to Vancouver. We will treat you as family & look forward to getting to know you and your culture.
My place is close to Surrey Central City Mall, walking distance to Gateway Skytrain Station. We're also close to the following schools like, SFU, Sprott Shaw College, Douglas College, Gateway Central College, CDI College, Vancouver Career College, Western Community College, Surrey Community College, Keystone College, Canadian College. Library and Recreation Center is also close in my place.
We provided of high speed WIFI, huge & clean bedrooms, bed with complete beddings, with closet, computer table, mirror and nightstand with lampshade. Shared Fridge, microwave, toaster bread. A clean shared bathroom and laundry.
We do have house rules in order that the students are responsible to keep their room and personal belongings, washroom and common areas clean and tidy at all times.
