The host came from China. The house is located on a quiet street in the city of Vancouver. The house is close to bus routes (#25 & #27) and Superstore/Walmart/Save on Food supermarket. You can take a direct bus to UBC (#25) and easy access to Skytrain to downtown. 5 bus stops from BCIT.

The rooms are bright, clean, and fully furnished with high-speed internet/water/electricity/heat. No meals are included in the room fee. But we do have a shared kitchen and fridges. No pets, No drugs, No smoking, No alcohol, No party, No visitors allowed in the property.

A 50% Damage deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you give us one month's notice and no damage to the room. We require a copy of photo ID or passport for security reasons.
