Hi,

We are proud to offer our home to college or university students seeking homestay accommodations in Vancouver. We are a family of four. Our two cats are friendly with guests. Our home is situated close to many amenities with only 3 mins walking distance to public transportation. Downtown Vancouver, SFU, BCIT, Douglas College and Brentwood Mall are easily accessible by bus or skytrain.

We have two rooms in our homestay. Both are roomy and bright, with plenty of privacy for reading, studying and quiet time. They are both located on the main level and are adjacent to a shared washroom. Each contains a single bed, a desk with a chair and a closet.

The washroom contains a shower, sink and toilet, and is located directly adjacent to the room. There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator to store personal food items, a microwave oven, toaster and kettle for preparing and heating meals and snacks. The washer and dryer are easily accessible and included in the cost. Wireless internet is also included in the cost.

Our family are interested in learning about other countries and cultures. We enjoy the travelling, hiking, movies and meeting new people.

We are looking for quiet, non-smoking female college or university students, or young working persons, who are friendly and approachable, while at the same time mature, confident and independent; someone who will keep their own room clean and tidy, who will share in cleaning the shared bathroom and kitchen area, and who will treat our home, family and other guest with respect and consideration. Our homestay rooms are designed so that whether you prefer privacy or company, you may have either when you want or need it.
