The rent is $650 – NO extra fees – Includes utilities, WiFi and laundry. This is an independent room so the tenants cook their own meals. Shared kitchen, a dining area, and a full shared bathroom. The room is very large, bright and clean. The house has two floors and we live on the second floor. We are quiet, non-drinkers, and non-smokers. We live in a very safe and very friendly neighborhood in the Fraser St. and King Edward Avenue area. It is a very convenient location, very close to parks, schools, groceries, coffee shops, and on bus routes to anywhere!!! You can go to Downtown in 20 minutes on bus or the Canada Line (train). 25 minutes to UBC (#25). 25 minutes to Langara College (#8). 15 minutes to Vancouver Community College (#8; #9).
We are looking for quiet, responsible, independent people who are non-smokers.
