I have room available at my home. We are in very safe neighbourhood in point Grey area in Vancouver. My rate is $1300 per month without meal and $1650 per month with breakfast and dinner.

Rate include fully furnished private bedroom. Shared bathroom. Shared living room. Two loads a week laundry. High speed wifi and utilities.

About my location:

15 mins bus ride to UBC
30 mins bus ride to downtown
10 mins bus to kitsilano beach.
Camosun bog hiking trail 3 mins walk
