Hello!

Our house is conveniently located in a residential area in East Vancouver. There's an intersection right across our house with buses that can take you directly to Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver West / UBC, Langara College, Richmond, and Burnaby.

- We just renovated the entire house about 2 years ago, so everything is extremely new, clean, and modern as you can see in our photos.

- All rooms are above ground (i.e. not in a basement), so you'll have plenty of natural air and sunlight!

- We also include a cleaner to come in about once a month so you can rest assured that the house and your space will be spotless.

- Unlimited super high-speed 1GBPS wireless internet.

- We have a "cat room" -- they are literally 4 cats in their own room. So no worries if you're allergic (I am, and that's why they're in a room), they won't come out!

- We are a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING / NON-CANNABIS home, and we hope to find guests who are the same.

- Please note that we currently DO NOT provide any meals, or personal toiletries and personal consumables (e.g. toothbrushes, toilet paper, etc.).

- Because we have others staying in the house, we ask that you DO NOT invite your friends to visit or stay over.
