Hello, my name is Hayoun Shin, and I am thrilled about the opportunity to participate in a homestay program in Vancouver. I am a 27-year-old nurse from South Korea, with three years of experience working at Seoul National University Hospital, the most renowned and largest university hospital in Korea. I am very responsible, tidy, and good at keeping promises. Also, I am polite and have a positive mindset, so I will never cause any major problems in your home! :)

I am planning to stay in Vancouver from June 20, 2024, to August 31, 2024. I am looking for a homestay located within a 15-minute walk of a subway station, near downtown, and in a non-smoking environment. If the host permits, I am open to extending my stay beyond the initial period, and I will notify at least a month in advance if I decide to extend.

I chose to participate in a homestay program because I want to immerse myself in Canadian culture and enhance my English skills. Living with a local family will offer me the unique chance to learn about daily life in Canada and form meaningful connections.
I have no food allergies or pet allergies, making it easy adat to various household environments.
