Hello!

Our house is conveniently located in a residential area in East Vancouver. There's an intersection (Knight St and 49th Ave) right across our house with buses (1 min walk) that can take you directly to Downtown Vancouver (30-45 mins), Vancouver West / UBC (30-40 mins), Langara College (10-15 mins), Richmond Center (30 mins), and Burnaby Metrotown (20-30 mins).

We currently have one other guest -- Japanese female.

- We just renovated the entire house about 2 years ago, so everything is extremely new, clean, and modern as you can see in our photos.

- All rooms are above ground (i.e. not in a basement), so you'll have plenty of natural air and sunlight!

- We also include a cleaner to come in about once a month so you can rest assured that the house and your space will be spotless.

- Unlimited super high-speed 1GBPS wireless internet for all of your devices is included. Water and electricity are also included. We'll help you do your laundry once a week. All of these are INCLUDED in the rental cost, so there are no additional fees to be aware of.

- We have a "cat room" -- they are literally 4 cats in their own room. So no worries if you're allergic (I am, and that's why they're in a room), they won't come out!

- We are a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING / NON-CANNABIS home, and we hope to find guests who are the same.

- Please note that we currently DO NOT provide any meals, personal toiletries, or personal consumables (e.g. toothbrushes, toilet paper, etc.). You're welcome to use our kitchen responsibly. We just ask that you clean up after yourself and we all take turns with the chores (e.g. starting the dishwasher, putting clean dishes away, taking out the trash).

- Because we have other guests and our family staying in the house, we politely ask that you DO NOT invite your friends to visit or stay over.
