Our house is a minute walk to Bus stop. Very accessible with 1 bus ride to surrey central skytrain station 25-35 minutes and king goerge skytrain station about 20minites ride.
Accessible for the bus 321, 394 and 96 B-line to surrey central and newton -white rock vice versa route.
Kwantleen university (Surrey site) is about 20-22 minutes (as per google).

Other schools like : canadian health care academy, stenberg college, canadian tourism, SFU surrey, international english school and more are accessible with 1 bus commute (321 bus)

Guildford mall and surrey central mall is also nearby.

Very convenient going to burnaby, new west and downtown vancouver( take the bridgeport bus to richmond then skytrain to downtown), langley and white rock.
It is very clean, quiet and very secure place to live in and wifi included.

I have 3 rooms available, 1 is ensuite bathroom with own fridge in room and the other 2 room- shared (with other student) bathroom is outside the room. Price vary per room.
You have your own set of key for the Door.

Also, for a room with meal included - price is different from the listing and can be negotiated.
Without meal is obviously cheaper. We can discuss further my contact page you want to include and for the price.

Less than 1 month stay is different price, message me for more info.

Contact me for more info on the payment as i can adjust it on your needs. If i dont offer food, you will have the chance to cook your own meal.

We are a friendly couple that you can easily get along with, adapt to students with their interest and ambitions.
We don't smoke so we prefer non smoking student.
We like to travel and see beautiful places.
We always see the scenic places in Vancouver and stay at the park or beaches if the weather permits.
Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged and with fee.

Need a 2 dose of covid Vaccine or more as set by provincial health restriction.
