Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights(South Newton). We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by our pond in our backyard garden. My husband works full time and we are up by 6 am in the morning and he is off to work by 7am.

We really enjoy hosting international students. Presently we only host FEMALE student/workers(s) and each room is single occupancy only. Mid-Term (under 6 mos) and long term (more than 6 mos) available. We can offer up to a 10% discount on long term stays.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
Bedroom 1 (150sq -Double Bed) is South Facing with Extra Large Window, Closet, Desk, Mini Dresser, Mini Fridge, Mini-Micro, Smart TV, Wifi , Fan, Hangers, Bed Linens, Full Height Mirror, A/C.

Bedroom 2 (150sqFt-Queen Bed) is North Facing with Beautiful Mountain Garden View +Walk-In closet, Mini Fridge, Mini-Micro, 43"Smart TV, Wifi, Desk, Mini Dresser, Hangers, Bed Linens, Fan, Full Height Mirror, A/C.

GUEST ACCESS:
*Shared Kitchen with Dine In Area
*Shared Laundry: Washer/Dryer
*Shared Backyard with Patio, and outdoor seating area.
*Dedicated Guest Bathroom: includes Towels, Coffee Maker, Kettle, hand soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies.

Bus stop is only a 5 minute walk down the street.

10 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University.(Surrey Campus)
15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Simon Fraser University (Surrey)
15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Civic Plaza Campus)
25 min car drive/50 min bus drive to the Trinity Western University(Langley)

Located in a very convenient location with walking distance to the following amenities:

House Rules:

*No Smoking, No Parties, No Unauthorized Guests
*Quiet Hours: 10pm-5am
*Shoes: No shoes in the House
*Entrance: Garage mudroom entry to leave shoes, jackets
*Shared Kitchen Rule - Light Cooking Only - No excessive use of Curry, Tumeric due to host allergies, Kitchen closed at 10pm.
*Shared Laundry -2x week
*Cleaning: Guest(s) are expected to clean up after themselves, cleaning supplies provided.
*$250 reservation deposit before check-in and *$250.00 Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival. Both are refundable at checkout.
