I have a gorgeous get away 2 bedroom shared garden suite with its in entrance and everything you need to be comfortable. It is completely furnished with everything you will need in the kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and laundry . I live upstairs with my teen daughter and work weekdays. There is a big back yard. I have an extra bike if you wish to use. The recreation centre, town centre is easily within walking distance and the bus stop for transit is just a 3 minute walk.
This is a boutique community easily accessible to all areas and one of the most desirable places to live. It is called Sunny Tsawwassen because we get the most sun in all of the Vancouver area, my contact pages blue skies and less rain. You'll see palm trees in much of the landscaping. It is easy to get to downtown Vancouver if you wish. There are beaches and trails accessible and I am situated on a nice cultisack that backs onto a park with with a view. Tsawwassem Mills Mall famous brand stores and outlets is less than a 10 minute walk.
There is so much more, restaurants, cafes and town shops. I am 5 minutes by car to the ferries going to Vancouver Island. Please let me know if you have any questions I would happily answer.
