Hello, welcome to our homestay, my name is Robert and my partner's in MJ, we have been hosting international students now for over five years and we love it , we can pick you up from the airport and orient you to the city if you need it, there was a typo in the app that suggested we do food we don’t cook but we do supply pots and pans and some instruction around you cooking your own food. the rent is $600 a month and includes Internet, Wi-Fi, cable, laundry facilities that are right on site and also covers napkins toilet paper and in some cases the laundry detergent! We are centrally located and are never more than 45 minutes from anywhere in Vancouver , downtown, metrotown, sky train, Canada line and all the significant landmarks are no more than 45 minutes away! We live in a wonderful neighbourhood that has a strong sense of community it is quiet it safe and it is beautiful if you’re interested in our homestay and you have any other questions please get back to us. if you want to secure your room and are serious send us a deposit on E transfer, I can give you all the information to do that hope to hear from you ?
