홈스테이 캐나다, Burnaby
We have 2 bedrooms available with single beds (AVAILABLE MAY 1, 2024). We have hosted international high school students for over 15 years and are wanting to open our home to post secondary students as well. With that said, this is a shared accommodations living situation - although your bathroom will not be shared with us. Bathroom will be private (or semi-private if both rooms are occupied).
You will see in the pictures, the rooms are different in size. The bigger room is Room 1 and can have 1-2 people. The other room is Room 2 and can only have 1 person. Please see below for the rates as it ranges from $900-$1400 depending on room and how many people. If you require clarification, please email with your questions.
Rates include laundry (one day a week), wifi, semi-private washroom, and utilities. Meals are not included in the homestay. Upstairs kitchen is shared however you will have access to a private fridge, microwave and cupboards for your food next to your room.
Our home is centrally and conveniently located to many amenities.

We are a family of 4 of Filipino/Chinese/Nepalese ethnicity (son is 13 and daughter is 11) and have 2 friendly pugs. We love to play sports - basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball. We also like to walk our dogs in some of the many trails we have near us.
