Hello there,
I’m your Homestay , delighted to meet you soon. Please call me Espie, I suggest that only female requires my home. My home is very clean, no shoes around the house, pick up before your own mess policy , no smoking place, no visitors allowed, curfew is a must please, and your personals will provide yourself such as bathroom toiletries, that’s includes tissue paper, breakfast is provided for but you make your own preferences such as coffee, milk, bread , or cereals , You are more than welcome to use the fridge for your own use. With regards to Laundy, you have to do your own laundries, laundry soap are not provided. You pay your own usage of laundry machine .With regards usage of the bathrooms, pls clean after yourself policy. Also clean your own room and throw all garbage when is due .Please provide your own towels with you because towels are considered personals.
This is my first time to be a homestay and i would like to use my spare room since my daughter is out of the country doing her studies back home. But she will be back every summer for her vacation time.
I have mostly visited the US country - California, San Francisco, New York , Hawaii, Seattle , Oregon and Cuba, other parts of Canada ( my country) and my homeland Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China , My still bucket list to visit are Europe, Dubai, Egypt , and some Asians country such as Japan ,Korea , Indonesia,Malaysia, Vietnam.
As to hobbies, i am an avid fan of outdoors activities and i am a intermediate hiker, intermediate skier, second season as snowboarder, likes to paddle board and kayak in the summer time , new at golf and likes to watch movies at downtime and shoppings for leisure time.
I do appreciate students who observes cleanliness inside the house and abide with house rules
