Hello everyone!

My name is Jarizza and I am looking for someone to share my apartment with. I was a homestay student before when I moved here in Vancouver and have recently found a place for myself. I like to keep my apartment clean and tidy so I am hoping my new housemates will do the same. I work as a flight attendant here in Vancouver so I am not usually home. Everything in the apartment is mostly self-serve.

Laundry and dryer is available in the apartment for use as long as you buy your own detergent. Any personal consumables will be bought by guest. You can freely cook in the kitchen as long as you wash, wipe, sweep and mop after you use it so that the next person can use it after you.

My apartment is located in the center of Richmond and is 10min away from the skytrain, 5min away from grocery store, mall and buses. It’s also a 30min train ride or a 10min drive from the airport. Downtown Vancouver is just 30min away via skytrain. My rates are negotiable and no meals are provided as I am barely home. Let me now if you are interested in joining me.
