We are a family of 3 who run a homestay out of a deep appreciation for cross-cultural interaction and the joy of creating a cozy and welcoming home. The location is very strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Skytrain station and bus terminal, in front of Central City Mall you can find Walmart, TNT, Shoppers, shopping outlets, salon, food court and many more. While relatively new to hosting, we gained valuable experience when our previous landlord was away for vacation. Students are Europeans and Mexicans, we prepared home-cooked meals, we eat together, and have some chit-chat whenever they were free so they could practice their english. Having explored diverse countries in Southeast Asia, we understand the beauty of different cultures.

Our family has a range of interests, including watching movies together, indulging in the art of cooking home-cooked meals, engaging in craft activities, participating in home workouts, and enjoying runs during the summer. Once a week, we head out to the mall or park to get some relaxing vibes from the outside. We believe these shared interests and outings provide a great platform for connecting with our international students, making their stay not only comfortable but also memorable.

To maintain harmony in our home, we have a straightforward set of house rules. We kindly request that our students/guests always notify us promptly of any concerns and adhere to the rule of no loud noise between 10 pm and 6 am. Additionally, our home is a smoke-free environment. We look forward to providing a supportive and enriching experience fostering a sense of belonging and shared growth.

$1000(Room Only) or $1200(Meals Included)

Security Deposit of half a month is required to book. this is non-refundable if you cancel.
