My house is new and it is big and modern looking. We are centrally located. We are just one block east of Vancouver border and situated in between Joyce Station and Patterson Station. It is a 10 minute walk to either stations. Bus stops for #19, #28 and #129 buses are within 5 minutes walking distance. It's a 15 minute skyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver. Metrotown (the largest mall in BC), Crystal Mall and BCIT are within walking distance. Central Park is 5 minutes walk away where you can jog, swim and golf.

We provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment. We give the students their privacy but we are always there for them. The room in the basement is in semi-basement. There are big windows in bedroom and living room. I am doing accounting work and my husband works in the sawmill. My older son is a mobile gaming programmer. My younger son is attending SFU. We are very friendly and like to meet people.
