Teacher Homestay Near Sfu/Fic

We are a warm caring family and I am a high school teacher who enjoys hosting international students and have been hosting international students for 10 years. We have space immediately available to host an international student. We have 2 Homestays available. Please read the 2 different locations:

1. Full Homestay (with meals or without meals) is located near SFU/FIC, 2 min away from Coquitlam College, and conveniently located for Douglas College and Centennial High School. Our current female student goes to SFU (and has been living with us for 4 years). You would have your own private, furnished room, shared bathroom and there is also a kitchen downstairs (that we currently use for storage). We also provide high speed internet, cable TV and a shared laundry. Everything is modern, clean and updated. I can send you pictures if you want.

2. The second Homestay is without meals and is located in North Burnaby near Burnaby North High School, SFU/FIC (15min) and is a 20 min ride to downtown Vancouver. We typically get SFU students or students who attend the downtown language schools for this location. Currently we have 2 bedrooms available at this location and you would have your own private room and entrance while the living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry would be shared with the other students. This location is prime as it is in an exclusive neighbourhood and is convenient to all shopping, restaurants and transit.

I'm happy to help and answer any questions you may have! I can also send you pics and you are most welcome to view the Homestay. We have different room rentals depending on which room is available for rent (depends on the size and location).
