////|Our house is 5 mins walk to bus station ( Scott Road, 96 Ave & 92 Ave)
10-15mins from bus station to the train station.
20-30 mins going to universities. We are also a short walk to Stores and Restaurants.

We have 2 bedrooms, upper level with 2 twin beds and the main floor with 1 double bed. Both rooms have large windows.
2 washrooms, 1 bath.

Bedrooms are furnished ( bed,side table,study table and lamps )
Bed sheets and towels are provided
Large closet at the upper level and dresser at the main floor
All utilities ( electricity, water, heating and wifi are included)
Access to kitchen, living room and patio
Access to laundry ( once a week )





Our home is fully renovated and it's very comfortable.
We are three in the family living in this house.
We are friendly, polite and we respect privacy.
We welcome you to come stay with us.
