About us: We are a friendly and warm Filipino family of 2 my contact page New Westminster. We have been hosting homestay students for 7 years and continue to do so because we enjoy meeting different people around the world and providing a safe and friendly experience for visitors coming to Vancouver! We will treat you as family and look forward to getting to know you and your culture!

Our safe and family friendly neighbourhood is surrounded by many parks, markets, a hospital, a bus stop, and a skytrain station:
- 3min walk: #155 & #128 buses (goes to the New Westminster public library and Royal City mall)
- 6min walk: Braid station (35min train ride to downtown Vancouver without switching trains)
- 10min: train ride to Landmark Cinema
- 15min walk: Royal Columbian Hospital
- 15min walk: Save on foods market & TD bank
- 17min train ride: Metrotown Mall

Students are provided with high speed wifi, utilities (hydro & gas) and laundry (once a week). All students also have access to a shared bathroom.

Meals: Fresh, healthy and balanced homemade meals are always on the menu in our household. Two meals a day are included in the fee (breakfast and dinner) but excluding snacks. My cooking style is a mix of Filipino, western, and sometimes Chinese food.
