Great Location & easy access to schools.

We love having students in our home. Our daughter has lived and travelled to many countries and we would like to provide a home for you as well.
Our recent student moved to Toronto & got a job with Amazon after staying with us for over 1 year as he loved staying with us. Dad enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and gardening. Mom loves to cook delicious food on every Sunday. Our youngest son is still living with us. Currently, he is attending Simon Fraser University. We are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful student.

Our house is on a bicycle path so it is really great for biking. There are several parks nearby with swimming pool, tennis, skating, library and gym.

It is a 1 bedroom on the top floor with lots of natural daylight.

Breakfast and dinner will be provided. Laundry will be done by mom once per week.

Our home is very convenient. Many restaurants, shops, T&T, grocery stores, Starbucks, and 2-3 minute walk to public transit.
We also have vegetable garden in the back.
