Great Location & easy access to schools.

We are a family with grown children who has moved out. Our youngest son is still living with us. Currently, he is attending Simon Fraser University. We are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful student.

It is a 1 bedroom on the top floor with lots of light.

Breakfast and dinner will be provided. Laundry will be done by mom once per week.

Our home is super convenient. Many restaurants, shops, T&T, grocery stores, Starbucks, and 2-3 minute walk to public transit.
We also have vegetable garden in the back.
