Dear National and/or International Student,

My wife and I continue to offer our almost brand-new town house by renting one room to a student just like you. The room has a mirror, comfy bunk bed, big closet, TV with HD channels, computer desk and carpet. We take care of the cleaning, although we will ask you to also keep it clean as much as you can. The accomodation includes unlimited local phone calls, heating, fast wireless internet and cable (Telus Optik TV) with many channels in High Definition.

We both work and take our children to private schools. We have been hosting students for some time. We are looking for a student like you who wants to focus on his/her school duties, enjoys friendly conversations when we are all at home and wants to go out with his/her friends.

My family has travelled to Asian and Europe several times. We like to enjoy holidays at the beaches in Mexico.

During the summer we love to enjoy the outdoors by doing camping, picnics, going to the beach, etc.

We form part of a non-profit organization that raises funds to help seminarians in the Philippines become priests.

We like our house being a quite and tidy place so our family (my wife and our 2 kids) and you can peacefully live, relax and enjoy.

Finally, if you are an international student, we are running a homestay so you can enrich their language skill (we speak English all the time) and enjoy our great city of Vancouver.
