Hello,
About the host family: Mother and Father are in early 40s, and son is in early 10s. Mother is a retired teacher and Father is an engineer. Our house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Westwood Plateau. We are a very caring family and take the time to communicate with students.
We have two bedrooms for a homestay guest to choose. Both of the two bedrooms are neat and clean，face southeast, sunny, sure to give you a warm and cozy stay. Every room is over 110 sqft, with a shared washroom, full matching furniture include a double bed, desk, bookshelf, built-in large closet, our space is suitable for students.
Homestay monthly rate includes 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at $1200CAD/month.
Three meals a day, the homeowners who enjoy cooking make sure students will get enough fruits, vegetables, and protein (meat, seafood) are balanced.
Also included for the homestay guest: fast wi-fi; access to clothing washer/drier in laundry 1 time per week.

The bus route is a 2-minute walk from our home. Translink bus #187, which can be taken 7 minutes to shopping mall, 12 minutes to the Coquitlam central, Millennium Line, and the Coquitlam bus terminal. Easy access through Trans Link and Millennium line to Burnaby and other cities around.
We are looking for: a responsible, kind, respectful male or female homestay guest. The student must be a non-smoker and no drug users.
This is a peaceful and relaxing area, steps away from hiking trails and golf classes. Our family is very warm and easygoing. We are ready to provide you the best service and a safe and comfortable stay for your focus in your career or schooling needs.
