located in Dunbar neighbourhood. This neighborhood is proud for its beautiful environment and good education, Both top 1 public middle school and top 1 private school in BC province are in here.

From my home, 3 mins walk to bus #25 to UBC and sky train. 6 mins walk to bus #7 to downtown.

Walking distance to Banks, Supermarket, restaurant, park, Library, community centre. Free street parking.

Both Room#1 and Room#2 are on 2nd floor, Room #1 has private bathroom in suite and has queen size bed . These two rooms Share 2 kitchens (1 kitchen+1 wok kitchen) and laundry with householder .

We are easygoing couple with a 12-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son. Hope can be friend with you ! ^_^
