Hello,
we are very friendly English speaking couple, who love skiing, traveling and meet new people,.. we love nature and animals so yes, we do have dogs.
Our house is located around -Vancouver area, and it is in very quite neighborhood .
It is less than 3 min .walk to the bus, and the Sky train would take you in 30 min to downtown Vancouver....
as well you are not to far from grocery stores, banks parks schools, gym m..etc...
We have 2 very beautiful rooms available and we like invited you to stay in our home. You will love it!
We treat our students as an part of our family..
The coast of accommodation depends at your needs, if is with food or not. It is optional, per our arrangement,
or you can choose from this;
- room with no food - $900
- room with breakfast - $1000
- room with dinner only - $1150
- room with breakfast and dinner - $1200
- room with lunch and dinner - $1200
- room with breakfast, lunch and dinner - $1300
The 2 quin size bedrooms are located on upper floor, close to the bathroom. The both rooms have new mattresses and nice quality bedding's, we provide you with standing portable dresser what contains; 2 standard wardrobe racks with the hangers and 4 bin style drawers, its suitable for those people who not have to much belongings or wardrobes to bring! You also get free wi-fi, and 4 free laundry per months, but if you need more you can have it for small fee.
Our house rules are;
Please
- inform us if you are sick, you have any allergy, or you are on some medications.
- do not invite strangers into our home, the place is rented only for you,
- do not bring in room food, any liquids, or pets
- do not storing shoes in the bedrooms, we have hallway
- the drugs, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited,
- keep quiet and clean as much is possible.
