We are a small family living in a house in North Vancouver. Our family consists of myself, my daughter who is 17 years old, my brother, a cat, and a labradoodle dog. We can host up to two students. Our place is conveniently located a short walk from the bus stop, with Capilano University just a 20-minute journey door to door. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Lonsdale Quay and 35 minutes to downtown Vancouver.

Park n Tilford Shopping Centre is just a 7-minute walk away, featuring a Save On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pizza, Subway, Booster Juice, Edo Japan, Whitespot, Starbucks, Sushi, and much more. Our house is surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes. North Vancouver offers many hiking trails, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and many lovely parks.

Single occupancy only. WiFi - Wireless internet, utilities and use of the laundry for 2 loads per week are included. We want you to be respectful and quiet time is after 10 pm.

Room 1:
We have one room upstairs with a large window with black-out blinds, one single bed, a dresser, desk, table, small fridge and a closet. Most of the time, you will have exclusive access to a bathroom and share a kitchen with me and my daughter.

Room 2: This room is on the main floor. It has a single bed, dresser, desk, small closet and window. You would share the bathroom and kitchen with my brother.
