Hello!! Welcome to Canada! We are happy to have you in our home while you study or travel in Vancouver. Our wish is to make you feel very welcome and part of our family. We have a new renovated house. The room is fully furnished and includes heat, electricity, water and high-speed internet.

The Clayton Heights, Surrey area is incredibly convenient as it is within 5-10 mins drive from STARBUCKS, Independent Grocer, ANYTIME FITNESS, Shoppers Drug Mart , TD CANADA TRUST, RBC, and TIM HORTONS. The location provides easy access to HWY 1 VIA 200th as well as to FRASER HWY... Minutes away by car is downtown LANGLEY with the Willowbrook mall, Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, T&T Supermarket, H-Mart, HanNam Supermarket. Also close to schools including TWU, KWANTLEN, and several elementary and high schools.
